Islamabad: Terrorists threw a bomb at a police training school in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. Initial reports are that there were no casualties in the attack.
Police have detained 50 local residents in connection with the incident. Local residents alleged that the police detained the eyewitnesses instead of taking their statements. After the attack, Regional Police Officer Kohat Qasim Ali Khan and District Police Officer Shafiullah Khan Gandapur visited the police training school and collected evidence.
Last week, terrorists attacked a police station in Sindh province in similar model. On that day, 5 policemen, including an officer of the rank of Deputy Superintendent, were killed.
