Thiruvananthapuram: Travancore Devaswom Board is meeting today at the head office here at Thiruvananthapuram. The members will discuss about further steps to be taken as Tantri has submitted his explanation on purification rituals conducted after the breach of rituals by two women in Sabarimala.
Tantri Kandaru Rajeevaru made purification rituals in Sabarimala when Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan confirmed that Bindu and Kanaka Durga, two women of mentrual age have entered Sabarimala.
Meanwhile, Bindu and Kanaka Durga had approached Supreme Court to proceed civil and criminal steps against the Tantri. The top court had dismissed the request.
