Srinagar: NIA filed a charge sheet against five people in connection to the weapons found from Chanapora in Jammu Kashmir. The Charge sheet was filed under arms act session 25 (1 AA), 120 B, 204 session 17,18,20,38 and 39.
There are five culprits and five of them were found to be connected with the terrorist organisation, Lashkar-e-Thaiba. Five of them were involved in providing arms, money, drugs and accommodation to terrorists’ in order to kill pundits and other people in Jammu & Kashmir. Their connection with Pakistan has also been confirmed while checking their mobile phones.
Aamir Mushtaq the son of Mushthaq Ahammad, from Khan Colony at Chanpora in Srinagar, Adnan Ashsan Vani, the son of Ishan Ul Huck Vani from Betapora, Aashiq Husain Hajam, son of Ahammad Hajam from Sohuma Village in Budgam, Gulam Mohiyuddin Dar, son of Gulam Mohammad Dar from the same village and Faisal Muneer, son of Sadiq Hussain from Thalab Qadikhan were caught with the weapons. They were captured in a massive weapon hunt held on 23rd May this year.
