Kochi: A bench of Justice Kauser Edappagath will consider the plea to cancel the anticipatory bail of Eldhose Kunnappilly MLA in the rape case. In the petition, the government has requested that the bail granted by the Thiruvananthapuram District Court be cancelled.
The court had asked during the arguments of the last few days whether the allegation of sexual harassment was not even in the first phase. The court has also assessed that there was no such thing in the FIR at the first stage. During the hearing, the High Court summoned the records of the case from the Thiruvananthapuram Additional Sessions Court.
Justice Kauser Edappagath pointed out that the accusation against Eldhose seems like an unusual story. After examining the case diary in detail, the court raised questions to the complainant.
