Geneva: The World Health Organisation is to find out the origin of Covid virus, that trembled the world. The WHO head Tedros Adanom Gebriyeses said that they asked reports from China regarding the same to conduct more studies on this.
The first ever Covid case was reported from Wuhan region, China. Now, even after three years, the virus continues spreading its dangers around the world. The discussions on the reasons that lead to the development of this virus are still going on. The Sars-Cov 2 has the capacity to spread lung diseases.
Experts point out two main possibilities regarding the origin of the virus. Experts argue that the virus may have infected humans as a result of natural zoonotic spillover, or as a result of research or its consequential disease. WHO clarified that the Virus still creating emergencies on a global level.
WHO chief said the measures to end the emergency will be discussed at the next meeting of the Covid Emergency Committee, which will be held in January 2023. The virus cannot be wiped out completely, he added.
