New Delhi: CCTV footage of cricketer Rishabh Pant’s car accident is out. CCTV footage of the Mercedes AMG GLE 43 coupe in which Pant was travelling was hit on the divider in the middle of the road.
The accident happened near Roorkee in Uttarakhand. His life was saved because he broke the window and got out soon after the incident. Within minutes after the accident, the car caught fire and was destroyed.
Rishabh Pant is currently undergoing treatment at Max Hospital in Dehradun. The accident happened when he was coming home from Delhi to Roorkee in the morning. It is believed that the cause of the accident was that Pant, who was driving the vehicle, fell asleep during the journey. He disclosed this to the doctors. Meanwhile, it is reported that the cricketer has been seriously injured but is out of danger. His forehead and ankles were seriously injured. There are minor injuries on arms, legs and back. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has announced that the government will bear the medical expenses of Rishabh Pant.
