Hapur: A four-year-old boy who fell into a 40-feet deep borewell has been rescued safely. The boy named Maviyan, son of Mohs, a resident of Phool Garhi in Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh, fell into the borewell while playing. Initially, the locals tried to rescue him but failed and informed the police.
Also, NDRF teams from Ghaziabad, officials from fire force and health departments and additional district magistrate reached the location. Being a hearing impaired child was a challenge faced by the rescue team. Oxygen, milk and water were supplied to the child through special equipment. NDRF personnel worked hard to rescue the child.
“A four-year-old boy who had fallen in the borewell has been rescued safely. It was a tough challenge for us, but we are trained to execute such operations skilfully,” NDRF officials clarified.
