Srinagar: In an encounter between the Armed forces and terrorists, a terrorist is confirmed dead. According to J&K police the encounter occurred at the area of Karhama Kunzer in Baramulla. This is the second terrorist encounter to happen in the last 24 hours.
The clash between the security forces and terrorists continues, as search for rest of the terrorists intensifies at Karhama Kunzer. Defence PRO, Lieutenant Colonel Devender Anand said that the attack against the terrorists started at 1:15 am.
Yesterday, in the Kandi region of Rajouri five soldiers were martyred after engaging with a terrorist group. They acted tip of the presence of terrorists in this region. The operation in this region is still going on.
