Thiruvananthapuram: On the eve of LDF’s seventh year in power in Kerala, the BJP’s youth wing Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) staged protests and nigh marches across the state. The youth organization dubbed the LDF rule in Kerala as ‘seven years of darkness’. They highlighted how the Pinarayi Vijayan led government betrayed the youth population of the state.
The slogan of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha’s night march was ‘Seven years of betrayal of youth, seven years of darkness’. The anger and protests against the LDF government’s anti youth policies were visible at these marches.
A Yuva Morcha leader, K Ganesh, said that because of Pinarayi Vijayan’s flawed policies the youth of Kerala is forced to leave the state in order to find employment.
The BJYM night march was conducted at every district centers and was inaugurated by district and state leaders of the youth wing of BJP.
