Srinagar: The Chief of the Army Staff, General Manoj Pande, visited the Siachen military base camp in Ladakh. During the visit, he conducted separate meetings with high-ranking officials and those responsible for security operations along the Line of Control.
In these discussions, General Pande conducted a comprehensive review of security arrangements and the preparations in place for the upcoming winter season. General Pande paid his respects at the Siachen War Memorial, where he laid a wreath to honour the courageous soldiers who sacrificed their lives for their nation.
