Kozhikode: RSS Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari member, Indresh Kumar, highlighted Bharat’s unparalleled commitment to sheltering people from across the globe affected by distress. Speaking at a lecture titled – Religious minorities and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh – held at Kesari Bhavan in Kozhikode, Kumar emphasized that Bharat stands as the sole nation providing refuge to suffering individuals worldwide.
Indresh Kumar said that Bharat has always been with those who are suffering. The country has extended its helping hands to every corner of the world. He said that our tradition is that we have provided shelter to those suffering from across the world, including countries like Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bhutan.
The function was presided over by Muhammad Saleem, the Home Affairs Secretary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat, with V.V. Augustine, a former minority commission member, as the chief guest. Kesari Bhawan, Kozhikode, organized this lecture series in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of ‘Kesari Weekly’.
