THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Transport Minister KB Ganesh Kumar received the sacred ‘Akshatham’ worshipped at the Ayodhya Ram Temple.
RSS members visited Ganesh Kumar’s house and invited him for the ‘Prana Pratishtha’ (Consecration) ceremonies scheduled for January 22, 2024, involving the distribution of ‘Akshatham’.
They visited KB Ganesh Kumar’s house as part of the Hindu outfit’s Prana Pratishtha Grih Sampark Maha Abhiyan.
RSS Pranta Sahasamparka Pramukh C C Shelvan, Kollam Sahakaryavahak Jayaprakash, BJP Anchal Vice-President Santosh, and Seva Bharati Kottarakkara unit President Prashanth visited the Minister’s house at Valakam in Kottarakkara to extend the invitation for the Consecration ceremonies.
The ‘Akshatham Invitation Campaign’ aims to encourage participation in the Ayodhya Consecration ceremonies by distributing the sacred ‘Akshatham’ (worshipped paddy rice).
In Kerala, the ‘Akshatham Invitation Campaign’ commenced on January 1, 2024, marked by PT Usha receiving the Akshatham from the Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Akademi Award winner playwright Sreemoolanagaram Mohan.
In recent days, Malayalam actors Sreenivasan, Unni Mukundan, and several other popular personalities received the Akshatham.
