Thiruvananthapuram: BJP state president K Surendran said that the NDA government has a history of putting corrupt people and looters of government exchequer behind bars. He said that Modi’s guarantee is for every sector in Kerala and for this, he is getting the support of general public and society to a large extent.

Only the Prime Minister can ensure the sustainable development of Kerala and find solutions to the problems the state is facing. Left and right fronts in Kerala are colluding to protect the corrupt. No one who committed corruption has been brought before the law in Kerala. Surendran said that after the LDF government came to power, vigilance probe was initiated against 14 UDF leaders including former ministers, but the CP(IM) is protecting them.

The corruption will be brought to justice whether it is done by the Chief Minister or the Leader of the Opposition. The Center is not governed by a government that attacks anyone personally. Former finance minister Thomas Isaac, who has misappropriated crores of rupees in the name of KIIFB (Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board), is turning against the investigation agencies. The BJP state president affirms that no one can escape the investigation by using power, whether it is Pinarayi’s daughter or Govindan’s daughter. Surendran said now that Kerala Government has no answer to the financial crisis the state is facing, the responsibility is being pushed to the Centre.
