New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal defended the Kerala government during the Jantar Mantar protest at New Delhi. Kejriwal emphasized that CM Pinarayi Vijayan’s visit to Delhi wasn’t to seek funds for his family but for the people of the Kerala. He made these remarks during the protest demonstration at Jantar Mantar.

“Hemant Soren has been arrested. Kejriwal and Pinarayi will be arrested tomorrow. Opposition parties represent 70 crore people,” Kejriwal stated. He further argued that the central government has initiated a conflict against the citizens.

“If the government fails to provide the people with what they deserve, there will be no progress in the country. We are not asking anything for our family” Kejriwal asserted. Arvind Kejriwal concluded his speech by criticizing the Enforcement Directorate for detaining party leaders without proper interrogation.
