K Surendran says that those who claimed to cooperate in the investigation of the monthly payment case are obstructing the investigation by the national agencies

Kottayam: BJP State President K. Surendran stated that individuals who previously claimed they would cooperate with any investigation into the monthly payment case are now obstructing the investigation by national agencies. He criticized the CPI(M), accusing them of plundering the state under the assumption that it is their last regime, with the Congress aiding them. These comments were made by Surendran during his interaction with media in Kottayam.

“Why are the Chief Minister and his daughter obstructing the investigation? It is the crooked mind of the opposition leader to approach the Karnataka High Court. We need to know how many monthly payments VD Satheesan has received for this. Congress leaders have received more money than CM Pinarayi Vijayan and his daughter. Obstructing the investigation is the party’s policy. Sitaram Yechury and MV Govindan have to answer for this. Misuse of power is being carried out by CM Pinarayi Vijayan. This is a case full of mystery. When the case comes to light, the masks of UDF leaders will come off,” K Surendran said.

“If your hands are clean, why do you need to be afraid? If party policies are sacrificed for an individual, it’s better to go to Kashi. Govindan and Satheesan have nothing to say about converting a Christian church in Turkey into a mosque. The Palayur church issue is not the BJP’s stance,” said K. Surendran. He further added that Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat has made it clear that there is no need for an extensive inquiry into what is beneath every mosque.
