Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Friday dismissed Exalogic’s petition seeking to quash the investigation by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO). The High Court has made it clear that the investigation will continue. The petition, which had previously been postponed for judgment, was considered today.
The SFIO informed the court that Rs 1.72 crore was transferred to Exalogic without any corresponding services provided. The single bench heard the petition.
The investigation team also informed the court that CMRL paid Rs 135 crores to politicians. Taking all these arguments into account, the High Court dismissed the petition.
