Thiruvananthapuram: Today marks the beginning of this year’s SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate), THSLC (Technical High School Leaving Certificate), and AHSLC (Art High School Leaving Certificate) examinations across Kerala. A total of 4,27,105 students are set to undertake the exams, which will take place in 2,995 centers throughout the state, with nine centers allocated in Lakshadweep and seven in the Gulf region. The exams are scheduled to continue until the 25th of this month.
Malappuram Education District in Malappuram Revenue District boasts the highest number of candidates, with 28,180 students appearing for the exams, while Kuttanad Education District in Alappuzha Revenue District has the lowest number of candidates at 1,843. In the Gulf region, 536 students are slated to appear, while in Lakshadweep, 285 students are expected to attend the exams.
Following the conclusion of the exams, the evaluation process is scheduled to take place from April 3rd to the 20th. The assessment will occur in two phases at 70 centralised assessment camps spread across the state. The appointment orders for Additional Chief Examiners and Assistant Examiners for these camps will be accessible on the website of Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan starting on the 10th of this month. The announcement of results is anticipated in the second week of May.
