Kochi: The noose around Binoy Kodiyeri, the son of CPI(M) State Secretary, Kodiyeri Balakrishnan is tightening further after the woman who accused him of molesting her for years released some family photos. While Binoy Kodiyeri insists that he has no relation with the woman, the photos reveal another story.
In the pictures, Binoy Kodiyeri is seen celebrating their son’s birthday by cutting the birthday cake. His alleged son and the woman are also seen in the picture. This refutes Binoy Kodiyeri’s stand that he has no relation with the woman and the child.
The woman posted three pictures of their child’s birthday celebration which took place in 2013. The woman had filed a complaint against the CPI(M) leader’s son for sexually molesting her on the pretext of marriage. She also alleged that he is the father of her child.
They had met in a dance bar in Dubai, where she worked as a bar dancer. Binoy took her to Mumbai and promised to marry her. The woman came out in the open after she came to know that Binoy was married to another lady.
Binoy Kodiyeri has denied the charges and accuses the woman of blackmailing him. He says he has no relation with the woman.
However, the photos speak for itself and his arguments fall short. A few days back a recording of the phone call he had with the woman was released by the media. In the short conversation it is clear that the woman is not trying to blackmail him but is seeking money for a better life for their child.
