Pathanamthitta: Padmaja Venugopal stated that the BJP is a party striving to bring women to the forefront of society. She expressed that, for a long time, she had endured humiliation in the Congress, but the BJP is providing proper treatment to women. Padmaja Venugopal made these remarks at a conference organized in Pathanamthitta ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.
Padmaja said that the CPI(M) and Congress do not have good leaders and that they do not support reservation for women. However, she mentioned that the BJP is giving due consideration to women. She also stated that the AICC headquarters will have to be closed after the elections are over and that the BJP will open an account in Kerala. Padmaja added that she joined the BJP because of the development activities of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Padmaja stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development activities are numerous and that he has brought countless development initiatives to the country in the span of ten years.. Padmaja stated that the Prime Minister is a person who has dedicated his life to the development of Bharat, and his family is the people of this country.
