Kulgam: An encounter broke out today morning between security forces and terrorists in Manzgam, Kulgam. According to reports, two terrorists have been killed.
They were the same terrorists who had earlier killed three civilians, stated Kashmir Zone Police. Exchange of fire is underway.
The operation was based on credible police inputs.
A Hizbul Mujahideen group of 3/4 terrorists were killing civilians over the last 12 days. 4 civilians were killed by them in South Kashmir. In the operation by security forces, three of them have been neutralized.
