Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir): A local shopkeeper was shot dead in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir by terrorists on Thursday, said Jammu and Kashmir police.
In an official statement the police said that the shopkeeper was taken to a nearby hospital after he suffered injuries. “Preliminary probe revealed that the terrorists had fired upon a goldsmith, Satpal Nichal, in Saraibala, Srinagar. He has received gunshot injuries in this incident and was evacuate to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries”.
