New Delhi: DRDO has designed an indigenous ballistic missile to strengthen the Indian defence sector. DRDO informed that in order to get approval, they have submitted the design to the Central Government. All long distant missiles set their targets at China. The indigenous missile can be launched both from land and sea. It can also be used to destroy ships, said DRDO.
DRDO’s new missile will cross the target at 1500 kms. The new missiles are designed in par with the area of the Indian Ocean. It has the tolerance to face any kind of attack from the land regions of China, namely, Xinjiang, Tibet and Yunnan. It has the facility to attach to the submarine. At present, the B A – 02 Missiles are being used in it.
China’s ballistic missile Dong Feng – 26 has made to destroy the US airbase in the Indo-Pacific. China called it as Guam Killer. It has 700 kms capacity. It can be taken to 4000 kms from the land using special loungers. The other one is the DF 21 D missiles, which can destroy ships. The missiles will move within a boundary of 1550 kms. The officials said that the DRDO’s new missile can overcome all challenges put forward by China.
