Cimate activist Nikita Jacob, involved in the toolkit document conspiracy admitted to have attended a Zoom meeting before Republic Day, which was also attended by pro-Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation and fellow activists including Disha Ravi.
In a document submitted by her lawyer, Nikita Jacob claimed that she did not have any religious, political or financial agenda and that the toolkit was prepared by Extinction Rebellion (XR) India volunteers for presenting the entire information in a document for International audience.
Apart from this, she has asked for protection from arrest for four weeks and a direction to the Delhi Police to share with her the copy of FIR registered against her.
Nikita denied sharing information with Greta Thunberg and added that the document was not for inciting violence.
