Night curfew will come into effect from Tuesday till the next two weeks in Kerala to control the spread of COVID pandemic.
The curfew will be imposed from 2100 hrs to 0500 hrs, according to an order issued by the State Government on Monday evening.
The public transport will not be restricted. The shops, theatres and malls will not be allowed to function after 1900 hrs.
Work from home will be resumed. Private tuition centres will not be allowed to function.
Only online classes will be allowed. A decision in this regard was taken in a high level meeting convened by chief secretary VP Joy this evening.
