Dehradun: Two soldiers posted in Arunachal Pradesh have gone missing for the last 14 days. The 7th Garhwal Rifles Soldiers have been identified as Prakash Singh Rana and Harendra Negi and both of them were the natives of Uttarakhand.
They went missing from Kajab valley in Anjaw district of Arunachal Pradesh. It is identified that both of them have met with the accident when Praksh singh rana slipped into the river and Harendar tried to save him.
The search for the soldiers continues with all available means, said Ajay Bhatt, the Union Minister of state for Defence.
The incident took place on 28th of last month.
