Thiruvananthapuram: The Crime Branch is questioning Sarith, co-accused in gold smuggling case. CB’s questioning is on the second day, based on the petition filed by former minister K T Jaleel. Sarith’s statement is being recorded at Ernakulam Police Club.
“Police is alleging conspiracy and I may be arrested”:, said Sarith.
The interrogating team has served a notice to Swapna Suresh too asking to be present on Monday for questioning. A number of sections have been charged against both Swapna and Sarith including conspiracy against the State Government and making fake documents.
