Kochi: The High Court will hear the Crime Branch petition today. The request was on demand for examining the memory card which has the visuals of the assault.
The Government gave consent in sending the memory card to the forensic lab. Actor Dileep claims that there is no need for a forensic investigation.
Meanwhile, Dileep’s lawyer had made it clear that the changes can be easily identified by comparing the mirror images of the memory card.
The forensic lab assistant director has informed the HC that the difference in the hash value of the memory card can be identified if it is opened.
Meanwhile, the court will also consider the survivor’s petition against subversion of the case along with the Crime Branch’s petition.
