New Delhi: Indian Electric Vehicle Sector has a growth of 108 percent in last 2 years in which Bengaluru is in the topmost position. According to a survey conducted by CIEL HR Services, a recruitment and staffing company, metro cities have a large share of electric vehicles.
In this sector, 62 percent of job recruitments also took place in Bengaluru and the rest 12 percent in Delhi, 9 in Pune, 6 in Coimbatore and 3 in Chennai.
The survey has been conducted under the title ‘the new employment trends in Electric Vehicle Sector, 2022’. The study was on the basis of 15,700 employees in 52 companies. The E.V. sector has appointed 2,236 employees in the last 6 months.
The contribution of women in this field is also increasing day-by-day. Women are working in high-profile positions in various companies including Kinetic Green, Mahindra Electric Mobility, Convergence Energy Services Limited, Electric Vehicle and Ampere Vehicles.
