New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi congratulated the NDA’s vice president candidate Jagdeep Dhankhar. PM said that Dhankhar is the son of a farmer and modesty is his hall mark.
He is a person who had rendered an excellent service in the field of law, administration and in the role of a governor. He had worked a lot for the upliftment of farmers, youngsters, women and the marginalised people. PM expressed his joy in announcing his name to the position of the Nation’s Vice President.
Modi tweeted “Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji has excellent knowledge of our Constitution. He is also well-versed with legislative affairs. I am sure that he will be an outstanding Chair in the Rajya Sabha & guide the proceedings of the House with the aim of furthering national progress”.
