Thiruvananthapuram: The court has ordered to take case against LDF convenor E P Jayarajan, who had pushed down two YC workers while raising slogans against CM in the IndiGo flight, days back. First class Judicial Magistrate court has made the order on the plea submitted by Youth Congress activists. The order also demanded to file case against Chief Minister’s personal secretary Anil Kumar and Suneesh.
Police had registered case against only four people including Youth Congress state vice president K S Sabarinathan. YC had raised protests for not taking action against E P Jayarajan. IndiGo Airlines , after conducting a detailed enquiry, had issued travel ban to E P Jayarajan for three weeks.
