Kochi: Complainant criticizes CBI report on evidence against Hibi Eden MP in solar rape case. CBI made it clear in the court that they couldnot find any evidence in the case. The complainant came against this. When the investigating agency asked for digital evidence, the complainant asked whether the victim was carrying a camera when the crime happened.
CBI submitted the report of the first case out of six cases registered in connection with allegations of rape. The complainant revealed that she was called and tortured by offering help for the implementation of solar project. As part of this, the investigation agency also conducted evidence collection at MLA hostel.
The complainant reacted strongly against the report submitted by the CBI court. She responded that the demand for digital proof seemed ridiculous and will ask the court to investigate the case by another team.
