NewDelhi: Kannur University’s Vice Chancellor is a criminal, criticises Governor Arif Mohammad Khan. VC has transgressed all bounds of decency. He also said that he is acting legally against the VC.
Gopinath Ravindran is still in the position of VC only because of the support of politicians, Governor lashes out. The Kannur VC had conspired to attack him in Delhi. This conspiracy took place in Delhi. Tried to attack him twice, said the Governor. But the VC was not even ready to report the matter to the police.
Kannur University was destroyed by Gopinath Ravindran. VC has made many illegal appointments like that of Priya Varghese. It was all against the law. The governor also said that the VC is acting like a party cadre and not like a chancellor.
He said that he will take legal action against the Kannur VC and that he will take steps to ensure the transparency of the universities.
