Malappuram: 45,75,520 people from 10,20,217 ration cards have linked their cards with Aadhar. This has lifted Malappuram as the first district that linked all its ration card members to Aadhar.
Malappuram district has now turned into a district with accurate data as the complete members have linked to the Aadhar card.
This became possible soon after achieving the status ‘Digital Malappuram’ an operation to digitize the banking sector completely. It aimed to popularize Debit cards, Mobile banking, Internet banking, UPI and Aadhar based money transactions among individual customers and also provided Net banking, QR code and POS machines among industrialists and entrepreneurs.
