NewDelhi: CBI opened Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia’s bank locker as part of the investigation related to the liquor scam and started searching. The locker at Punjab National Bank’s Ghaziabad branch was opened. Sisodia came to the bank with his wife.
The CBI suspects that black money transactions have taken place in connection with the liquor scam case. Two weeks ago, the investigation intensified and the officers raided Sisodia’s house.
Sisodia claims that the officers did not get any evidence from the house that day. The Delhi Deputy Chief Minister also claimed that nothing would be recovered from his bank locker. Sisodia is the main accused in the FIR filed by the CBI in the liquor scam case.
