Contributed less amount for the Bharat Jodo Yathra: Congress leaders attack a shop in Kollam

Kollam: Congress leaders attacked a shop in Kollam due to the less contribution they gave to the funding of Bharat Jodo Yathra. The incident took place at a vegetable shop owned by Anas at Kunnikkod in Kollam. The leaders entered the shop and threw away the goods.

Even though the party members wrote 2000 on the receipt, Anas said that he could only pay 500 rupees. This provoked the leaders and led to the attack.
