Thiruvananthapuram: Binu Kuttan, the major culprit in drugs smuggling got captured in the massive drug hunt held in the state. Last day, DRI captured 22 kilograms of heroin from Balaramapuram and it was brought from Africa.
The main culprit Binu Kuttan is a native of Kilimanoor.
On the same day of the drug hunt, the DRI arrested two people Ramesh and Santhosh for keeping intoxicants. It was kept in a rented house at Balaramapuram. Heroin was first brought from Harare in Zimbabwe to Mumbai and later to Thiruvananthapuram via train.
