Kochi: In the actor assault case, the survivor pleads the Supreme Court to change the trial court. The survivor alleged that the actor has a close relation with the judge and it is clear from the audio recording received by the police. In that complaint, it is also alleged that the judge is biased towards the prosecution.
It is said that the survivor had raised such complaints earlier but the High Court did not consider it. The main demand filed in the petition is to change the trial to the Supreme Court.
Another charge is that the Judge of the accused asked questions that violated the survivor’s decency and manners but no intervention was there from the judge to stop it. It also said that the trial court cannot hear the case as the judge has got promotion to the principal session’s judge.
