Ayodhya: The teaser of Prabhas’ Brahmanda film Adipurush has been released. Prabhas plays the role of Lord Rama in the film based on the epic poem Ramayana. The teaser release ceremony was held on the banks of the river Sarayu.
Adipurush is directed by Om Rawat, who directed the National Award winning ‘Tanaji’. Kriti Sanon plays the role of Sita and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh in the film. The film is being prepared in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu languages and is being prepared by giving more importance to VFX.
The film will be released on 12 January 2023. The film is produced by Om Rawat along with Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair.
