Palakkad: A youth was stabbed to death in Kodunthirappully, Palakkad on last evening. Hakeem, a native was killed. Police arrested Rishad, Hakeem’s friend in the incident.
The cause of death is believed to be a deep wound on Hakeem’s chest. The preliminary information given by the police is that a verbal dispute occurred between the two and this led to murder. Immediately after the stabbing, other friends rushed Hakeem to Palakkad District Hospital, but his life could not be saved.
