Mumbai: One more Popular Front terrorist, Sheikh Umar Sheikh (30) has been captured by the anti terrorist squad of Maharashtra from Jalna.
He has been charged with IPC Session 121 A, 153 A (for spreading hatred on the basis of religion, race, place of birth and place of residence) and 109.
The ATS officials said that the culprit was presented before the special NIA court in Aurangabad and sent under police custody till 15 October.
The state ATS registered four cases against The PFI members on 22 September for participating in various illegal activities. 21 people were arrested from various regions of Maharashtra.
