Srinagar: The country has entered into Diwali celebrations. The Indian Army has also started Diwali celebrations on the border near the Line of Control.

The army is also celebrating at the border by lighting firecrackers. Meanwhile, the words of the soldier who responded to the media were as follows. ”Happy Diwali to all Indian citizens. No need to worry. We are here to guard the border. Have a happy Diwali with your family. You are safe while we are at the border. Here every soldier stands with extreme caution. ” These were the words of Colonel Iqbal Singh.

It is reported that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will celebrate Diwali with the soldiers this time as well. Last year, the Prime Minister had come to Nowshera in Jammu and Kashmir to celebrate Diwali with the soldiers.  He returned after lighting lamps, bursting crackers and distributing sweets with them. Ever since Modi took office as the Prime Minister in 2014, Diwali has been celebrated with the Indian Army at various borders of the country.
