Border security force recovered huge cache of Arms and Ammunition in Punjab border

Amritsar: BSF seized AK-47 rifles, 6 empty magazines, 3 mini AK-47 rifles, 3 pistols and 200 round bullets from Punjab border. The investigation into the matter is in progress, informed the security force.

Arms have been recovered from the border earlier as well. They were recently seized from the Firozpur region, bordering Pakistan. They were found during regular patrolling. The weapons were hidden in the bag. The security forces had concluded that the gangs that smuggles arms through the border might have hidden them.
