Ernakulam: Backlashes to Dileep in the actor assault case. The Ernakulam district sessions court has rejected the petition filed by Dileep and his friend Sarath against the further investigation.
The petition has been rejected by the Judge Honey M Varghese after being observed that the charges against the culprits would stand. The court also orders the culprits to summon the court before 31 this month. On that day, the court will read the charge sheet too.
Dileep filed the petition by stating that the further investigation should be dismissed as the charges against him would not stand. But the court clarified that the charges would sustain. The removal of footage from the mobile phone is the charge filed against Dileep. And the charge against his friend Sarath is that he had reached Padmasarovaram, Dileep’s house, and handed over the tablet containing the footage of the actress being attacked.
