Palakkad: Popular Front of India, the banned organisation has threatened the investigating officer of Sreenivasan murder case. Narcotics DySP Anil Kumar had received a threatening call from PFI, the banned terrorist group. The death threat call says to “make your coffin ready”. Police have started enquiry over the threatening call.
The DySP received the call at 9.30 last night. Recently, some Popular Front activists were arrested and that being the reason for the terror group’s threat.
Meanwhile, the investigation team has arrested two more accused in connection with Sreenivasan murder case. The arrested are Ansar, Popular Front area president, native of Thrithala and Ashraf, native of Pattambi.
