Pathanamthitta: KSRTC has taken decision to collect excess fare from the Ayyappa devotees. For this, KSRTC is making trip as ‘Sabarimala special’ on all services till Pamba till the end of the pilgrim season. 35% extra fare during season has been fixed.
As the pilgrim season of Mandala-Makaravilakku has began last day, tens of thousands of devotees throng Sabarimala. As per the version of the authority, the arrangement of special service is to assure the convenient travel for the pilgrims.
The doors of the temple was opened at 3 am. This being the first season without corona restrictions after the pandemic, huge crowd of devotees will come to Sabarimala to have darshan.
