Pathanamthitta: Sabarimala pilgrims’ vehicle met with an accident. The accident occurred to the vehicle of pilgrims from Andhra Pradesh. The incident took place this morning in Laha. 18 people were injured in the accident.
The injured have been admitted to Perunad Taluk Hospital and Pathanamthitta General Hospital. There were 40 people in the bus. 10 people were trapped under the bus in the accident.
Out of 18 injured people, 15 are in Perunad Taluk Hospital. Three people, including a child, admitted to Pathanamthitta General Hospital. It is reported that the condition of the child is very serious. While taking a turning, the vehicle lost its control and overturned.
