New Delhi: The Central Government has waived the Air Suvidha registration that was arranged for the foreigners. The portal was introduced to collect the information of the people coming from abroad.
The decision has been taken in the background of the low rate in the number of Covid cases. The new decision is a great relief for all foreign travellers.
The Ministry of Civil Aviation has said that the registration has been withdrawn as there is a big reduction in the number of Covid cases and also due to the successful progress in the nation’s vaccination drive.
It was a self-attested application. It helps tracking the passengers and also controls the spread of the virus during the time of the pandemic.
