Bangalore: Police charged case against a young man who forcefully tried to convert a Hindu girl to Islam. The girl was forced for conversion after being sexually assaulted and captured her nude pictures. The police arrested Fayaz Ahammad Alias Yunus Pasha in connection to the incident.
Police charged the case under POCSO and anti- conversion act. Fayaz had forced the girl to convert her religion and threatened her by showing her nude pictures. The incident took place at Nagamangalam in Karnataka. Police said that Fayaz had also asked the girl to mix sleeping pills in food and give them to her family members.
The girl’s father said that she has been under stress for the last few days and she shared the incident with her parents after a detailed enquiry. The girl said that the young man had given a smart phone and SIM card to the girl and forced her to reveal her private body parts in the video call. Then the young man used the footage to threaten her. Later, he came to the girl’s house and raped her. The girl also said that the man threatened to kill her if she revealed the truth to her family members.
