Panaji: Goa Governor P S Sreedharan Pillai has been praised by Governor Arif Mohammad Khan. He also mentioned that Sreedharan Pillai believes in the Indian philosophy of Manavaseva Madhavseva.
Arif Mohammad Khan visited 191 panchayats and 421 villages of Goa and interacted with the people’s representatives and provided financial support to more than a thousand cancer patients and dialysis patients.
He mentioned that India has a cultural history of 4000 years and its permanent principle is unity beyond caste, religion and national differences. He mentioned that although he is not born in Kerala, he is proud of Kerala. He said that Sree Shankaracharya laid the foundation for Kerala’s cultural and spiritual thinking and therefore Kerala is the soul of India. He added that he is lucky to get the opportunity to become the Governor of Kerala and was very grateful.
