Panaji: Two Nepali nationals, Sakhil Ansari and Shaimuddin Ansari have been arrested for torturing a Ruissian national. The incident took place in North Goa.
The foreign woman arrived in Goa yesterday with two other people. The woman was drunk and it was in this context, the harassment took place. The culprit entered the room in disguise of a cleaner and tortured the woman. It was after some time the young woman realized that she was being molested because of the influence of alcohol.
Police said that the man who came to help the lady also tortured him. The police have registered a case on this incident and said that the investigation is in progress.
